摘要
建筑工程施工质量逐年提高,但有的施工企业的技术素质低、质量管理差、懂技术管理的人员少,对规范、规程、质量标准贯彻不到位,导致土建施工过程中存在的问题较多,严重影响工程质量。文中分析了土建施工过程出现问题的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。
project construction quality has improved year by year.However,some construction companies has low technical quality,poor quality manage,less skilled management personnel,and don't thoroughly implement code,procedure and quality standard,which led to many problems in civil work construction and severely affected project quality.This paper analyzed the causes for the problems existed during construction,and proposed relevant preventive measures
