芦家窑煤矿由柱式开采方式改为综采开采方式,在充分利用原有巷道的基础上,对开拓系统进行了优化设计,重新分配了各井筒的功能,确定了盘区大巷的位置,建立和完善了各生产系统,实现了合理集中生产的目标,为建设安全高产高效矿井奠定了基础。
