NCIST's Schooling Orientation,Characteristics and Internationalization Strategy

首先明确了高等学校办学定位、办学特色和国际化战略的基本内涵。而后,阐述了华北科技学院的办学定位与国际化战略的关系,即办学定位是发展国际化的基础与前提,而国际化战略就是要推动教学、科研和培训工作的国际化。并且分析了办学特色与国际化战略的关系,即安全科技特色对国际化战略有指向性作用,国际化战略必须突出、支撑和服务于安全科技特色,国际化特色与安全科技特色能够形成"特色协同"效应。最后提出了国际化支撑办学定位和特色的保障措施。

first of all, the basic connotations of schooling orientation, schooling characteristics and internationalization strategy are clarified. Then the relationship between schooling orientation and internationalization strategy is discussed, that schooling ori- entation is the foundation and premise of internationalization, and internationalization strategy should promote the internationaliza- tion of academic affairs, scientific research and training. Moreover the relationship between schooling characteristics and interna- tionalization strategy is analyzed, that safety sci-tech characteristics is directive for internationalization strategy, internationaliza- tion strategy should protrude, support and serve for the characteristics, and ＂characteristics synergy＂ effect can be established by the characteristics of internationalization and safety sci-tech. Finally the guaranteeing measures of supporting schooling orientation and characteristics by internationalization are provided.
