摘要
民营中小企业在国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用.通过设计可行的激励策略,激发民营中小企业员工的工作积极性,对于企业发展具有意义重大.本文从心理契约的角度出发,通过分析民营中小企业员工心理契约结构、需求特点,提出适合企业员工的激励策略.
Private small and medium-sized enterprise is an important force in national economy development.Designing feasible incentive strategies and stimulating work enthusiasm of staffs are of significant importance.From the perspective of psychological contract,by analyzing psychological contract structure and demand characteristics of employees working in small and medium-sized private enterprises,this article puts forward some incentive strategies.
