对何伟先生多年来就马克思主义理论和中国特色社会主义理论和实践的错解和曲解,需要进行理论是非的辨析和澄清。在一系列问题上,何伟歪曲理论与事实,扬私贬公,诸如他高调吹捧牟其中的南德集团,视作私营企业优秀代表,是社会主义经济,共同富裕,比国有企业优秀得多;他通过曲解恩格斯的话,断言国有企业不是社会主义,同时宣称非公经济是社会主义。特别是他全面曲解、否定和编造马克思主义基本原理,搞理论造假,编造"晚期马克思主义"否定"早期马克思主义"。

He, through distorting Engels words, asserted that state-owned enterprise is not socialism, and at the same time declared non-public ownership economy is socialist. Especially he comprehensively perverted, denied and made up the basic tenets of Marxism, make theory fraud, made up ＂advanced Marxist＂ negated the ＂early Marxist＂.
