摘要 自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征(APS)是指一个人在一生中同时或先后发生两种以上的自身免疫性内分泌腺或非内分泌腺疾病。本文报道了1例APSⅡ型患者先后发生甲状腺功能减退症、溶血性贫血、1型糖尿病、干燥综合征、肾小管酸中毒、白癜风。 Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy syndrome （APS） means people simultaneously or successively have two or more autoimmune endocrine or non endocrine diseases. This article reports a case of type H APS who had hypothyroidism, he molytic anemia, type 1 diabetes and Sjogren syndrome successively.
