刍议现行政策背景下的矿产勘查与开发——以福建省地勘局为例

On Mineral Resources Exploration and Development under the Background of Current Policies——Taking the Bureau of Geological and Mineral Exploration of Fujian Province as an Example

从当前我国矿业发展趋势和福建省矿产资源现状出发,结合国家现行相关政策,福建省应从建立良性循环的找矿机制,合理安排自筹地勘费的找矿方向,构筑产权多元化勘查开发模式,探索资本与矿业联姻等四个方面加强矿产勘查与开发工作。

This paper focuses on the issues facing Fujian province as it tries to deal with initiatives aimed at strengthening mineral exploration and exploitation work.It suggests that prospecting mechanism with a virtuous cycle needs to be established;and self-raised geological exploration funds should be made rational arrangement;setting up the mode for exploration and exploitation of property diversification;and exploring the alliance of capital with mining industry.
