Discussion on Investment and Financing Systems of Commercial Mineral Exploration at Home and Abroad from the Comparing Financial Systems

从比较金融视角,对比分析国内外商业性矿产勘查投融资体制,梳理国外矿业投融资的政府主导型和市场主导型两大类型,发现了影响该产业投融资的三个关键性要素:投融资主体特征、金融市场发育、政府投融资促进政策。建议在我国金融体制大背景下,继续深入研究金融创新和产业促进政策的联动关系,促进"可持续发展板块"投融资体制的市场化与多元化发展。

This paper discovers three critical elements which influencing investment and financing of mineral exploration be based on comparative analysis of investment and financing systems of commercial mineral exploration at home and abroad,and government-led and market-oriented mining investment and financing of foreign countries from the comparing financial systems.The critical elements include: the subjective features of investment and financing;the development of financial markets;investment and financing promotion policies of the government.Therefore,it is suggested that the correlation between financial innovations and industrial promoting policies should be looked into;marketization and diversification development of investment and financing systems with regard to sustainable development plate should be promoted.
