A Chant between Mountain and Sea——A Brief Discussion on Huang Jia-ling's Poems

黄家玲于1975年以诗歌《扫街歌》登上广西文坛。几十年来,他在诗歌、小说、散文和报告文学的创作上,取得了不菲的成绩。其诗歌立意高深,比喻新颖,想象瑰丽;小说《神医奇遇》和《香蕉老板风流债》,形象独特,构思奇巧;报告文学《高路入云通天涯》等大都取材于作者家乡的现实生活,乡情浓郁。

Huang Jia-ling first appeared in Guangxi literary world with her poem Street Sweeping Song since 1975. He has made a great achievement in the creations of poems, novels, prose and reportages during these decades. With Nostalgia flavour, his poems, of profound thinking, novel metaphor and miraculous imagination, his novel Doctor Adventures and The Debt of Scandalous Affairs of a Banana Boss, of unique impression and ingenious construction and his reportage High Road Entering from Cloud to the World are mainly drawn from the real life at writer＇s hometown.
