Taking Wenying Lake residential project status conditions, problems as the starting point, this paper elaborated in detail the project planning concept, planning space layout, road and traffic planning and other contents, through the early study and later rational planning, provid- ed space layout reasonable, facilities complete, transportation convenient residential area for mining area residents.
