The paper analyzes the reasons for the settlement of the gravel soil back-filled foundation at the site after some pumping station was op erated, and illustrates the key points for the grouting construction and some treatment for some special circumstances by comparing and analyzing the grouting consolidation schemes, so as to ensure the site to be stable and safe.
