The paper analyzes the importance of enhancing the quality of the housing buildings, illustrates the construction points for the concrete projects, the reinforcement projects and the model ones, and points out some precautions from the foundation treatment, the treatment of cracks on walls, and the water leakage in the house-building construction, so as to ensure the quality of the house-buildings with safe and reliable con- struction technique.
