The paper analyzes and sums up the mechanism for some common hazards of deformation cracks in the multi layer architectural struc ture, points out the reasons are the careless design leading to the insufficient calculation for the deformation of the foundation design and the im proper components design, and indicates some strategic measures for the design for prevention accordingly, so as to provide the reference for the structural design professionals.
