摘要
采用板式轨道梁体模型,针对路基上的CRTSⅠ型板式轨道进行了静力分析,得到了在温度梯度与列车荷载共同作用下砂浆的受力特点,分析了CA砂浆的破损原因,采用板底脱空模拟砂浆的破损,运用生死单元技术处理不同板下脱空状态,计算分析了砂浆不同破损状态下轨道板结构受力,依据结构强度条件确定砂浆的维修标准为:板底脱空长度小于20 cm、宽度小于12 cm。
Using slab track girder model, this paper made static analysis according to CRTS I type slab truck in roadbed. Gained the stress characteristics of mortar under the both effect of temperature gradient and train loads, analyzed the damage reason of CA mortar, using under neath slab void simulated mortar damage, using element birth and death technique dealing with different underneath slab void, calculated and analyzed the track board structure stress of mortar in different damaged conditions, according to the structural strength condition ensured the mor tar repair standards: the underneath slab void length less than 20 cm, width less than 12 cm.
