The paper studies all sorts of the electrical energy-saving techniques in buildings, illustrates from the selection for lights, the control of the transformers, the design for lines and the selection for the power, and indicates the application of the solar energy and the humanized design, so as to provide the reference for the architectural electrical energy-saving technique in new stage of China.
