根据政府投资项目的特点,总结了该类项目在工程造价控制方面存在的主要问题,提出了工程项目建设全过程的造价控制对策,以期在保证工程质量和工期的前提下提高投资效益和社会效益。

According to the characteristics of government investment projects, this paper summed up the existed problems of this projects in pro ject cost control, put forward cost control measures in whole process of project, in order to improve the investment benefit and social benefit un der the premise of ensuring project quality and time limit.
