益气养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎30例

Treating 30 cases of CAG with the Yiqi Yangwei decoction

目的:观察益气养胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:60例确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组采用益气养胃汤加减治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑、维酶素片治疗,均3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后复查胃镜及病检,进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为87%,对照组总有效率73%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:益气养胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effects of the Yiqi Yangwei decoction in treating spleen and stomach weakness type chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： 60 patients with CAG were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, and 30 cases of the control group, the treatment group treated with the Yiqi Yangwei decoction, and the control group was given omeprazole, Weimeisu tablets for treatment, 3 months as s course, repeated endoscopy and pathological examination after the end of treatment, compared the efficacy. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 87%, the total efficiency of the control group was 73%, the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The Yiqi Yangwei decoction was effective in treating spleen and stomach weakness type CAG.
