中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎46例

Treating 46 cases of chronic cholecystitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎患者46例。男21例,女25例;年龄23～62岁,中位数41岁;病程51天～9年,中位数2.3年。中医疗法采用大柴胡汤加减,每日1剂,每剂煎2次,分早晚2次空腹服用;2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。西医疗法采用口服头孢克肟抗炎、654-2解痉及补液治疗,共治疗1周。结果:本组患者均获随访,随访时间2～4周。依据参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定的疗效判定标准评定疗效,本组临床治愈3例,显效35例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率95.65%。治疗期间,所有患者均未出现胆管炎、胰腺炎、胆囊坏疽、胆囊穿孔、腹膜炎等并发症。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎,方法简便,临床疗效好,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the integrative medicine in treating chronic cholecystitis. Methods： 46 cases of patients with chronic cholecystitis were treated in the integrative medicine. 21 males and 25 females; aged 23 to 62 years, with a median of 41 years; course of 51 days to 9 years, with a median of 2.3 years. The TCM therapy with Dachaihu decoction, one dose a day, 2 times per dose fried, divided into morning and evening empty stomach; 2 weeks for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of two courses. Modem medicine therapy with oral cefixime anti-inflammatory, 654-2 the antispasmodic and rehydration treatment, a total of one week of treatment. Results： The patients were followed up for 2 to 4 weeks. Developed based on the reference to the guiding principles of TCM new medicine clinical efficacy judgment standard to evaluate the efficacy, the clinical cured three cases, markedly effective in 35 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95.65%. During the treatment period, all patients were not there cholangitis, pancreatitis, gangrene, gallbladder perforation, peritonitis and other complications. Conclusion： Integrative medicine therapy treated chronic cholecystitis, the method is simple and safe, clinical efficacy is good, worthy of clinical application.
