补阳还五汤治疗中风后偏瘫139例

Treating 139 cases of stroke hemiplegia with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗中风后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将139例患者随机分为两组,对照组68例,按中风常规治疗,经CT、MRI区分为缺血与出血,分别给予溶栓、抗血小板聚集、扩管。或止血、脱水、降颅压、保护脑细胞等常规治疗;治疗组71例,在与对照组治疗相同的基础上,用补阳还五汤随证加减,两组病例均配合适当的康复治疗。结果:对照组痊愈率为48.52%,显效率为16.18%,有效率为13.24%,总有效率为77.95%。治疗组痊愈率为57.75%,显效率为18.31%,有效率为15.50%,总有效率为91.55%。两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤随证加减治疗中风后偏瘫,比单纯西药治疗效果更好。该研究还表明:中风后治疗时间越早肢体功能恢复越好。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating stroke hemiplegia with the Buyang Huanwu decoction. Methods： 139 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 68 patients were given ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke conventional for treatment, CT, MRI, and were given the thrombolytic, anti-platelet aggregation flaring. Or stop the bleeding, dehydration, reducing the intracranial pressure, protect brain cells and conventional treatment; the treatment group of 71 cases, on the basis of the same treatment as the control group, with the Buyang Huanwu decoction, the two groups of patients with the appropriate rehabilitation treatment. Results： In the control group, the cure rate is 48.52%, the markedly rate was 16.18%, the effective rate was 13.24%, with a total effective rate of 77.95%. And in the treatment group, the cure rate was 57.75%, the markedly rate was 18.31%, the effective rate was 15.50%, the total effective rate of 91.55%. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Treating post-stroke hemiplegia with the Buyang Huanwu decoction, better effects than modern medicine alone. The study also showed that： after a stroke earlier the treatment, the recovery of limb functions was better.
