Treating 64 cases of patients with chronic anal fissure by side internal sphincter cutting plus TCM bath

目的:观察侧方内括约肌切断扩肛配合中药坐浴治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:对64例陈旧性肛裂患者采用侧方内括约肌切断扩肛配合中药坐浴的方法进行治疗。结果:一次性治愈61例,两例愈合后随访复发,1例肛门钥匙孔样变形,治愈率为95.31%。结论:侧方内括约肌切断扩肛配合中药坐浴治疗陈旧性肛有显著的效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating chronic anal fissure by side internal sphincter cutting plus TCM bath. Methods： 64 cases of patients with chronic anal fissure were treated by side internal sphincter cutting plus TCM bath. Results： A one-time cured in 61 cases, 2 cases of recurrence after healing, 1 case of anal keyhole-like deformation, and the cure rate was 95.31%. Conclusion： Treating chronic anal fissure by side internal sphincter cutting plus TCM bath has a good effect.
