摘要
结合长安6363纯电动汽车的总体要求和设计理念,设计了微型纯电动汽车电池管理系统,实现了对铅酸电池组的单体电压和总电压、电池组电流和电池组的温度、电池组SOC和绝缘电阻大小等信息的实时监控和计算,并通过CAN总线将信息传送给整车控制器,同时,BMS接受整车控制器传送反馈信息.
Combining the general requirements of the CA6363 pure electric vehicle with its design concept,the authors designed a battery management system(BMS).The system realized a real-time monitoring and calculation of the single voltage,the total voltage,current and temperature,SOC and insulation resistance size of the lead-acid battery pack,sent the messages to the vehicle controller and received the feedbacks from the vehicle controller via the CAN bus.
