摘要
教师教育创新实验区建设是高师院校教师教育人才培养模式改革的创新。以实习支教为基础,结合在职教师的置换培训,实现基础教育师资职前、入职、职后一体化培育体系,是当前高师院校面临的重大课题。本文结合漳州师范学院"三位一体"教师教育人才培养模式改革创新实验区(以下简称"实验区")建设实践经验,从科学发展观的角度分析了实验区建设面临的困境,并就如何丰富实验区建设的内涵,开拓实验区发展的思路,解决实验区发展的难题进行了多方面探究。
The construction of teacher education experimental area is an innovation of talent training mode reform of teacher education in normal universities. It' s currently an urgent and major issue in normal universities to integrate the pro-service, in-service and post-service trainings in basic education based on the teaching practice program, combined with the in-service teacher replacement training. This paper attempts to explore the enrichment of connotation of the education experimental area development and to expand ways of its development by analyzing difficulties in normal universities from a perspective of scientific development on the basis of actual practice of the"3-in-1 Teacher Education Talent Training Program" in Zhangzhou Normal University.
