摘要
目的观察补血益母颗粒对大鼠药流后子宫出血及再次妊娠的影响。方法采用药物流产大鼠模型,进行补血益母颗粒治疗,观测模型大鼠的子宫内膜的病理变化、出血量及再妊娠率情况。结果补血益母颗粒能较好的改善药物流产后大鼠的子宫内膜结构,减少子宫出血量,并明显提高妊娠率。结论补血益母颗粒对药物流产大鼠子宫内膜具有一定修复作用。
Objective To observe the buxue Yimu particles uterine bleeding after medical abortion and subsequent pregnancy.Methods The medical abortion rat model of the treatment of buxue Yimu particles,pathological changes of the endometrium of the observation model in rats,the amount of bleeding and then the pregnancy rate.Results The structure of the rat endometrium in the buxueYimu particles can be better to improve the medical abortion,reduce the amount of bleeding,and significantly improve the pregnancy rate.Conclusion buxueyimu particles on medical abortion in rat endometrial certain repair.
