时间飞跃法MR血管成像在小儿Moyamoya病检查中的应用

摘要 目的探讨时间飞跃法MR血管成像在Moyamoya病(MMD)临床检查中的应用价值。方法使用GE Signasystem 0.35 T常导型磁共振扫描仪对10例MMD患儿进行3D-TOF-MRA检查,原始图像采用MPR、MIP等技术进行重建。结果 3D-TOF-MRA能明确显示病变部位狭窄或闭塞的血管,但对一些特殊的侧支循环显示欠佳。结论 3D-TOF-MRA扫描可作为临床疑似MMD患儿的首选检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of three-dimensional time of flight MR angiography(3D-TOF MRA)in the diagnosis of Moyamoya disease.Methods 3D-TOF-MRA examination was performed by GE Signa system 0.35T resistive magnetic resonance scanner for 10 children with Moyamoya diseas,MPR and MIP images were obtained by reconstruction from original images.Results 3D-TOF-MRA can clearly display the stenosis of lesion or occlusive blood vessel,but couldn't display well for some special collateral circulation.Conclusion 3D-TOF-MRA scan may be the first choice method for diagnosis of the clinical suspected Moyamoya disease in children.
