摘要
传统测试膏体塌落度的方法都是用ASTM标准塌落筒进行的,因操作简便被广为接受使用,但该设备尾砂消耗量大的缺点对于大专院校室内试验仍然是个有待解决的问题。介绍了用自制的3个不同微型圆柱筒测试不同浓度膏体的塌落度,并结合标准塌落筒对相同条件下的膏体所测数据进行了研究。通过线性回归精度比较和误差分析,从中优选出一种最适合代替标准塌落筒来测试膏体塌落度的微型圆柱筒,并建立了两者所测试验数据之间的半经验数学模型,为今后膏体塌落度测试提供了一种更为简单实用的方法。
Traditional method of paste slump test is usually conducted by ASTM standard cone, which is widely accepted and used because of its simplicity, however,the drawback of high backfilling materials consumption is still a problem to be solved for the inconvenience of indoor experiments. In this paper, three different self-made cylindrical tubes were used to test paste slump with different density, and the test result has been studied combined with the data obtained by the tests using standard cone. Through linear regression precision comparison and error analysis, the most suitable one from those three cylindrical tubes was chosen to substitute the standard cone to test the slump and the rel- evant simi-empirical mathematical model has been set up, which will provide a more simple and practical way to test paste slump.
