摘要
确定矿块结构参数是采矿设计的关键问题之一。以江西金山金矿试验采场为研究对象,运用FLAC3D有限差分数值模拟软件,对试验采场采用的中深孔空场嗣后充填采矿法的结构参数进行了优化。通过对不同方案下的应力场、位移场和塑性区分布进行分析,确定了矿房的临界跨度和矿柱的最小安全厚度。应用实践表明,在保证生产安全的前提下,优化得到的结构参数能够最大限度地减少采掘成本,增加矿山产量和经济效益。
Determination of the structural parameters of the stope is one of the key issues in the stoping layout. This paper takes the test stope of Jinshan gold mine as the study object where the medium-deep-hole sublevel open stoping mining method with back-filling has been used. Structural parameters of the test stope are optimized by adopting the FLAC3 D finite difference numerical simulation software. The critical room span and minimal safety thickness of pil- lar were determined through analyzing the distribution of the field of surrounding rock stress, the displacement varia- tion, and the plastic zones in different schemes. Thus, in the premise of ensuring safety production, the research achievements can minimize the development costs and enlarge the mine production and economic benefits.
