我国高水平男子自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员身体素质结构及评价标准研究

Structure and Evaluation Criteria Study on Excellent Aerials Athletes of Men's Freestyle Skiing In China

以国家自由式滑雪空中技巧集训队男子运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法,从30项指标中筛选出能反映专项身体素质的13项指标,对空中技巧运动员身体素质结构进行研究分析。研究表明,高水平男子空中技巧运动员专项身体素质结构主要由核心区力量因子、下肢快速力量缓冲因子、灵敏耐力因子和四肢力量因子组成;构建高水平男子空中技巧运动员身体素质模型,并运用百分位法建立专项身体素质单项和综合发展水平评价标准,可为教练员科学指导运动员的身体素质训练和空中技巧项目的选材提供参考依据。

This paper takes men＇s Freestyle Skiing Aerials elites of China as the research object,With the method of llterature, expert interviews, questionnaires, testing and mathematical statistics method, and 13 indexes that effectively reflect Special physical quality were selected from among 30 primary indexes, and researches that Aerials athletes physical quality structure to carry on,the study showed that Special physical quality of China＇s elite men＇s aeri- als athletes consisted of four factors： the core area of power factor, Lower extremity strength buffer factor, Sensitive and endurance factor, and Limb strength factor;physical quality model of China＇s elite men＇s aerials athletes was constructed, Using percentile method to establish a special physical evaluation criteria, it could help coaches in their training program for athletes＇ physical ability and selection of young talent aerials do athletes.
