摘要
从劳资关系三方机制视角出发,在分析职业体育及其劳资关系特性的基础上,对2011年7月的NBA停摆事件进行反思,认为:停摆事件并非职业体育的退步;停摆事件凸显了三方机制的必要性。在此基础上总结了我国职业体育发展的几点启示:建立健全政府职能主导机制是当务之急;健全中国特色的职业体育三方机制势在必行;加强法制化建设是职业体育发展的环境保障。
Basing on the analysis of professional sports and its labor relations, this paper rethinks the NBA stalling from the perspective of labor relations tri-partite mechanism and makes conclusions that NBA stalling is not a retrogression of professional sports and it raise the necessity of tri-partite mechanism. Some enlightenment obtained, including establishing and perfecting government functions dominant mechanism is an urgent task; perfecting the tripartite mechanism with Chinese characteristics must be made; tightening up the legal system is the development security in professional sports.
