Feasibility Analysis of Physical Sub-health Questionnaire to Investigate the Condition of Non-physical Workers' Physical Fitness

首先提出亚健康量表能够评价体质状况的理论基础。然后,对2 512名非体力劳动者进行体质检测和躯体亚健康状况调查,尝试探索一种对体质概况进行了解的简易方法。研究发现,非体力劳动者躯体亚健康调查结果与体质检测结果具有一致性,调查表检测出的亚健康人群,尤其是中度和重度亚健康人群在国民体质5项检测(坐位体前屈、选择反应时、握力、闭目单足站立、肺活量)中具有更低的得分。研究认为,在测试仪器和人员不允许的条件下,欲了解非体力劳动者体质概况,躯体亚健康调查表法是一种可选的替代方法,但该调查表对于区分健康和轻度亚健康人群的效果不太理想。

In this study, we proposed the theoretical basis of the condition of non-physical workers＇ physical fitness can be evaluated by physical subhealth questionnaire firstly. And then, based on investigation of sub-health condition and physique test of 2512 non-physical workers, we found that the physical sub-health questionnaire is a simple and effective way to measure physique status of non-physical workers. The results from the questionnaire are consistent with the data from physique test. People who are in moderate and severe sub-health condition by the questionnaire have lower scores in the physical test, especially in crook before the seat body, choice reaction time, Handgrip force, standing on one leg with eyes closed and vital capacity. So in the case of lack of equipment and personnel, the method is an alternative way to learn about the status of physical fitness. But the questionnaire is harder to distinguish health and mild sub-health people.
