摘要 目的研究医用诊断X射线防护中不同屏蔽物质的铅当量,为医用诊断X射线机房屏蔽设计与评价提供技术依据。方法依据BIR/IPEM联合报告和NCRP147号报告中给出的宽束X射线在不同屏蔽物质中衰减的数学拟合式和数据,对给定铅厚度的透射比,计算出其它屏蔽物质的厚度。结果通过计算得到不同kVX射线初级辐射和次级辐射防护中不同屏蔽物质的铅当量厚度。结论对于医用诊断X射线机房的屏蔽设计与评价,应根据透射比或防护屏蔽所需的铅当量使用其管电压(kV)相对应的某一屏蔽物质的铅当量厚度。 Objective To study the lead equivalent of different shielding materials in diagnostic X-ray protection, and to provide technical support to the shielding design and evaluation of diagnostic X-ray machine room. Methods According to the archer equation and data of broad beam X-ray in different shielding materials, as well as transmission ratio of the given lead thickness in BIR/IPEM report and No. 147 report, the thickness of other shielding materials was calculated. Results The lead equivalent thickness of different shielding materials in different kV X-ray primary radiation and secondary radiation protection was obtained by computation. Conclusion Regarding the shielding design and evaluation of diagnostic X-ray machine room, according to its transmission ratio or lead equivalent needed by shielding protection, it should consider the lead equivalent thickness of some shielding materials which correspond to its kV.
