摘要 近几年矿井提升机坠罐事故时有发生,而钢丝绳被拉断是其主要原因,因此可通过检测钢丝绳的拉力来判断提升机运行状况。基于此,文章设计了一个监测系统,该系统可实时监测钢丝绳拉力并进行显示,当拉力值超正常值时便通过GSM网络发送报警短信到工作人员手机,从而来避免危险发生。通过在莱芜市鄂庄煤矿现场测试,该系统可行。 In the recent years,the cage dropping accidences of the mine hoist occurred sometimes.The tensile failure of the steel rope was the main cause and therefore the pulling force of the steel rope detected could judge the operation status of the hoister.Base on the circumstances,a monitoring and measuring system was designed.The monitoring and measuring system could on-line monitor and measure the pulling force of the steel rope and could display the pulling force.When the pulling value was over the normal value,the waning message would be sent the worker's phone with the GSM network and thus the risk could be avoided.With the field measuring and test conducted in Ezhuang Mine of Lanwu City,the system was feasible.
