儿童重症高血压致脑梗死抢救成功一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿，男，6岁，因“头痛呕吐1d，抽搐3h”，于2011年2月28日凌晨入院。患儿入院前1d头痛剧烈以枕后明显，伴呕吐呈喷射样，外院予头颅CT检查未见异常。后出现抽搐，前后持续约3h，予安定等处理后逐渐缓解。
