摘要 高等职业教育发展至今日,已经形成众多的教育理论与人才培养模式。这些理论与人才培养模式的教育效果,目前仍在接受着实际工作岗位的验证。其中对"校企合作"、"工学交替"等教学模式的探讨,在各个层次均有研究。在多年的高职路桥及相关专业教学过程中,我们感到路桥及相关专业的培养目标一定要围绕路桥施工岗位需要制定,而实现培养目标的方法与手段,必须与相关工作岗位的具体工作项目相适应。路桥及相关专业的"工学交替"实践教学模式,正是在岗位相对确定的情况下,实现专业培养目标很好的方法。 By now,a number of educational theories and training modes have been formed with the vocational education development.The effect of these theories and modes of personnel training is still with the verification of the actual jobs.The exploration on the teaching mode of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "alternation of working and learning" is made at various levels.Having years of teaching experience in road and bridge major related in vocational colleges,the authors feel that the training objectives must be made according to the job requirements of road and bridge construction.The methods and means to achieve the training objectives must be adapted to specific tasks in relative jobs.It is under the condition of relative certainty of the posts that the practical teaching mode of "alternation of working and learning" in road and bridge major related can be seen as a good way to attain the goal of professional training.
