摘要
随着高职教育规模的不断扩大、高职院校毕业生就业推荐工作面临着越来越多的困难和挑战,就业问题已成为决定高职院校生存和发展的关键。文章以天津工程职业技术学院的就业推荐工作为例,从制定推荐就业鼓励政策、改变推荐就业思路、强化与大中型企业合作、做好信息反馈和做细就业保障五个方面简单的对高职就业推荐工作做了分析及探讨,希望对解决高职学生就业难的情况有所帮助。
With the constant expansion of higher vocational education,recommendation for grads is facing more difficulties and challenges.Employment has become the key to the survival and development of vocational colleges.Taken the recommendation for grads in Tianjin Engineering Vocational Technical College as an example,the paper conducts an analysis and discussion on five aspects: making incentive policy of recommendation for employment,changing the way of thinking,strengthening cooperation with large and medium-sized enterprises,and achieving good feedback and employment guarantee in a meticulous manner in the hope of helping vocational students out of difficult employment situation.
