摘要
本文论述了用单片机控制采煤机牵引部,使其保持恒功率,并对电机电流,补油压力,水压,油温等进行检测和显示的一种实用方法,建立了控制系统的数学模型。通过仿真和寻优,得到系统的控制参数。给出了控制程序框图,最后以实验说明这种方法是可行的。
This paper discusses a valid method to control the drawing speed of shearers with monolithic processor, the mathematical model of control system is stablished. By simulation and optimization, we obtain the control parameters. In the paper, the control programme flowchart is given, the experiments demonstrates that this methcd is feasible
