摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂KH550、KH570对无机纳米TiO2粒子进行表面改性,经机械共混及压延成型方法制备出3种界面结构的TiO2/室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)介电弹性体复合材料。利用FTIR及DSC研究TiO2纳米粒子的表面改性情况,并研究不同硅烷偶联剂对复合材料介电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:KH550改性TiO2掺杂的复合材料较纯TiO2或KH570改性掺杂的复合材料其功能性明显提高。采用KH550改性TiO2使得复合材料拥有更高的介电常数,更低的弹性模量,使电-机转化敏感度较未改性前提高了57.4%。
A nano-TiO2 was modifiecl by silane coupling agent KH550 and KH570, and TiO2/silicone rubber(RTV) dielectric elastomer composites with three kinds of different interface structure were prepared by mechanical blending and calendaring method. The surface modification of nano-TiO2 was investigated by FTIR and DSC, and the effects of different coupling agents on the dielectric and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the functionality of the composite doped with KH550 modified TiO2 is higher than that doped with pure TiO2 and KH570 modified TiO2. The use of KH550 modified TiO2 can give the composite higher permittivity and lower elastic modulus, and the electrical-mechanical sensitivity can be :increased by 57.4% compared to unmodified composite.
