摘要
研究了一种测试绝缘油膨胀系数的简易装置,分别介绍了绝缘油膨胀系数的测试过程、实际测量值并且计算了绝缘油在不同温度阶段的膨胀系数。结果表明:测量值的精度完全满足实际需要,利用测试数据可指导X射线源膨胀鼓的设计及X射线源注油工序中注油量的控制。
A simple device for testing the thermal expansion coefficient of insulating oil was studied. The testing process and actual measuring: values were given respectively, and the thermal expansion coefficient of insulating oil in different temperature stage was calculated. The result shows that the accuracy of measured values can fully meet the application needs, which can be used for guiding the design of X-ray source expansion kettle and controlling the oil filling capacity.
