摘要
新制度经济学将制度因素引入经济学分析框架 ,指出制度变迁是一国经济增长的重要因素。制度变迁的主体包括组织、个人和国家或政府。社会主义国家政府在制度创新中的作用主要体现在三个方面 :建立有效的产权制度、培育市场和促进正式制度与非正式制度的协调。
Institutional factors are introduced into the analysis of economics,and institutional changes are considered as important dynamics in economic growth by New Institutional Economics.The subject of institutional changes includes organization,individual and the state.The socialist government plays three important roles in institutional innovation:building efficient property rights system,fostering markets,and facilitating the coordination between formal and informal institutions.
