不同糖代谢状态下血浆同型半胱氨酸水平研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)可通过多种机理促进机体动脉血管壁粥样硬化(artherosclerosis,AS),从而参与心血管疾病发生发展。高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,hHCY)是临床心血管事件的独立高危因素[1]。糖尿病(DiabetesMellitus,DM)是心血管疾病的另一重要危险因子,是冠心病的等危性疾病[2]。本文就不同糖代谢状态下血浆HCY水平进行综述。
