摘要
根据金属磁记忆检测技术中缺陷判定依据的运算特点,为减少程序计算量、提高缺陷检测效率,改进了传统缺陷判定算法.在检测设备基本结构基础上增加了信号调理卡,并借助多功能采集卡的数字输出功能实现了缺陷检出时的即时报警,大幅提高了检测系统的工作效率.
According to the characteristics of calculation with defect judgment in metal magnetic memory testing technique,the traditional pit judgment arithmetic is improved to reduce program calculation and improve the efficiency in detecting fault. At the same time the paper has increased a block of the signal conditioning module under the basic structure of testing device. And by means of digital signal output function of multi-function data acquisition card, the instant alarm function of defect detection is realized, which greatly enhances the work efficiency of detection system.
