解决适应性绩效研究困境的新思路

摘要 适应性绩效的提出受到了企业管理者及相关研究者的关注。然而,适应性绩效的研究现状却不尽如人意,其结构维度一直悬而未决,甚至构念的独立性也遭到质疑。文章在回顾以往文献的基础上尝试从适应性绩效的不同层次和阶段、阴暗面、跨情景和跨学科等多个角度提出了解决其研究困境的新思路。
