随着房地产行业的蓬勃发展,物业管理行业在很多方面取得了长足的进步。同时,物业管理行业也面临着不少亟待解决的问题。根据实地调查,结合相关物业管理理论,试图找出旧居住小区物业管理中的主要问题,并提出相关措施。

With the flourishing development of real estate industry, the property management lrlClustry has maoe great progress in many as- pects. At the same time, it faces many problems to be solved. According to the field investigation and the relevant property management theo- ry, we try to find out the major issues of the property management to old residential quarter, and propose some suggestion and measures.
