试论老年人共享社会发展成果长效机制之构建

Discussion on the Construction of Long-term Mechanism for Elder People Sharing the Achievements of Social Development

改革开放以来,我国经济在快速发展的同时也出现了许多社会问题,其中老年人不能很好地共享社会发展成果是一项尤为突出的问题。老年人对社会做过贡献,理应共享社会发展的成果。我国明确提出了老年人共享社会发展成果的目标是:老有所养、老有所医、老有所教、老有所为、老有所乐。要实现上述目标,必须加快完善老年法律保障体系,健全老年保障体系,还要充分发挥全社会的力量。

Since reform and opening up, as China＇s rapid economic development there have been many social problems, which older persons do not share well the social development was a particularly notable issue. Eider who made contributions to the society should share the fruits of social development. China has explicitly put forward the goal is to share the social development of older persons： Elder will be looked after prop- erly, gotten medical care and education. Elder should reflect their values and have their own happiness. To achieve the above objectives, we must accelerate the development of elder law protection system, perfect old age security system, play all social forces fully.
