The mechanism innovation of college English test assessment needs to clarify training goal, change the traditional test patterns which excessively focus on theoretical knowledge examination, and build the new evaluation system to stimulate interest of students in learning and the ability development of autonomous learning. For this reason, we must innovate mechanism from evaluation content, evaluation method and evaluation analysis and other aspects.
