摘要
牛肉消费已成为我国居民畜产品消费的重要组成部分。为全面研究城乡居民牛肉消费特征和影响因素,本文通过畜产品消费的分省数据,运用系统方程似不相关估计方法,得到城乡居民牛肉消费不同变量影响程度。结果显示,收入水平对城镇居民牛肉消费影响较大,牛肉价格和城市化水平对农村居民牛肉消费影响较大。
Beef consumption is an important part of residents＇ meat consumption.In order to study thoroughly the characteristics and influence factors of beef consumption,based on province data and appling the system equations,the influence of different variables of urban and rural residents was analyzed.Results showed that income level was the main factor for urban residents,but beef price and urbanization were the main factors for rural residents.
