基于利益相关者视角的高校教学质量综合评价体系构建 被引量:3

摘要 从利益相关者理论视角出发,高校教学质量综合评价体系可分为五个主体,他们在高校教学质量评价中,各有其不同的利益需求,因而也都有其局限性。遵循人本性、科学性、客观性和真实性、综合性原则,可构建包括组织管理者、评价主体、评价客体、评价目的、评价内容及标准(指标体系)和评价方法(方式手段)以及反馈系统等基本内容的评价系统。选择教师的人文关怀、知识传授和能力培养等三大评价指标体系,结合高校的办学理念、专业人才培养目标、课程教学目的及要求赋予不同模块指标具体的分值,运用德尔菲法、层次分析等方法,对教学质量进行评估,促进教学质量的提高。 From the perspective of stakeholder theory, the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality in colleges can be divided into fiveprincipal parts, any of which possess different interests demand and also have the limitations of their own in this system. According to the principles of humanism, science, obiectivity, authenticity and comprehensiveness, an evaluation system can be const.ructed including organization managers, subjects of evaluation, objects of evaluation, the evaluation purpose, evaluation content and standard (index system), evaluation methods (ways), feedback system and so on. Choosing three evaluation index systems consisted of teachers' humanistic care, knowledge teaching and ability training, combining with the ideas of educational philosophy, the cultivation objects of professionals, curriculum teaching aims and demands, giving specific scores to indexes of different module, Delphi method, AHP method, etc. could be used to evaluate teaching quality and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
