地方高校经管院系强化服务社会职能的理性思考——以蒙东高校为例

地方高校强化社会服务功能不仅关系到学校的生存和发展,对于加强转变经济发展方式,促进经济长期平稳较快发展也起着不可或缺的重要作用。本文针对一些地方高校经管院系存在的培养目标偏离就业需求、学科建设质量不高、专业设置和课题设置结构调整滞后、教师队伍服务社会能力偏低等问题,以内蒙古东部(简称蒙东)高校为例,着重分析了产生问题的原因,并提出了其强化服务社会职能应当坚持的原则和对策。

The local colleges and universities should strengthen the social service functions,which will be attached to the survival and development and strengthen the transformation of economic development mode and promote the stainable and rapid development of economy.The article elucidates that the training objectives of universities of economy and management diverge the employment demand,the discipline construction is not high,the major set and subject of structural bring about adjustment lag and teachers lack the ability of social service.The passage takes the Eastern Inner Mongolia for example and analyzes the causes of the problems and put forward the principles and solutions to strengthening the social service.
