^(131)I短期内照射对大鼠甲状腺滤泡旁细胞的影响

摘要 目的观察131I短期内照射对大鼠甲状组织及滤泡旁细胞的影响。方法将24只SD雌性大鼠随机分为3组各8只,低剂量组一次性灌胃131I 2.5 mCi/kg,高剂量组一次性灌胃131I 5 mCi/kg,对照组灌胃等体积生理盐水。42 h后处死大鼠,取甲状腺组织,显微镜下观察其组织大体形态并作病理学检查,计数甲状腺滤泡旁细胞数目。结果与对照组比较,低剂量组甲状腺轻微损伤,但滤泡旁细胞数目尚未受到明显影响;高剂量组甲状腺滤泡受到破坏,表现出滤泡数量减少,间质细胞数量增多,散在浆细胞、淋巴细胞浸润等一系列病理改变。结论 5mCi/kg以上的131I短期使用可破坏甲状腺组织,使甲状腺滤泡旁细胞数目减少,影响甲状腺滤泡旁细胞的功能。 Objective To observe the influence of rats thyroid parafollicular cells which have been treated by 131I internal exposure for a short time. Methods Twenty-four female SD rats were divided into three groups randomly ( n = 8 ) , 2.5 mCi/kg( or 5 mCi/kg) 1311 was poured into stomach in the low( or high) dosage groups all at once, same volume normal saline was given to the control group. All the rats were executed after 42 hours, then the thyroid tissue was obtained to have pathologic examination and analyse the changes of number of thyroid parafollicular ceils. Results The thyroid tissue was destroyed little in the low dosage group, but the number of parafollicular ceils showed no significant difference corn pared with the control group; the thyroid tissue in the high dosage group changed evidently, the number of parafollicular changes cells decreased, the number of interstitial cells increased, and also showed some pathologicalsuch as infiltration of plasma cells and lymphocytes. Conclusion Short term 131I (5 mCi/kg) radiotherapy can destroy the thyroid tissue as well as reduce the number of thyroid parafollicular cells, even effects its function.
