摘要
本文提出了压缩机综合效率系数的计算公式和分析方法,综合效率系数可以用于评价压缩机的能效水平,对压缩机综合效率系数的特性分析,可以在已知工况下估算压缩机的性能系数,从而减少实验工作量,提高开发效率;还有助于产品开发工程师对变频空调系统的压缩机选型设计,以及对多变频压缩机并联系统的压缩机转速控制的优化。
This paper originates calculation and analysis method of IER(integrated efficiency ratio)for variable speed compressor,IER can be used to evaluate the energy efficiency level of compressor.With the analysis of IER,engineer can make an approximate calculation of COP base on the compressor work conditions,it can reduce the workload of experiment and improve products developing efficiency.It can assist engineer to choose a optimal performance compressor for a refrigeration system,and improve control logic for multi-compressor system.
