解毒活血对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后IL-8及ICAM-1表达的影响

Effect of Jieduhuoxue Decoction on IL-8 and ICAM-1 in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients after PCI

目的观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后白细胞介素8(IL-8)及细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法将患者被随机分为对照组(予常规西药治疗)与治疗组(在常规西药治疗上加用活血解毒中药治疗),检测治疗前后血清中IL-8及ICAM-1的表达水平。结果两组治疗后IL-8及ICAM-1表达水平均显著降低,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论解毒活血中药能明显降低急性冠脉综合征患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血清IL-8及ICAM-1的表达水平,能抑制PCI术后炎性反应,对于急性冠脉综合征有一定疗效。

Objective： To observe the Jieduhuoxue Decoction on IL-8 and ICAM-1 in acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI.Methods： 50 acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was used with the routine western medicine.The treatment group was used with the Jieduhuoxue Decoction besides the control group therapy.The IL-8 and the ICAM-1 were measured before and after the treatment.Results： The IL-8 and the ICAM-1 of the treatmentgroup were decreased more obviously than those of the control group.The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion： Expressions including IL-8 and ICAM-1 are lowered remarkably when used the Jieduhuoxue Decoction which could inhibit the inflammation reactions.
